A Note From Boomer
I didn’t always understand the intricacies of exercise. Like many, my fitness journey began with a focus on aesthetics: big arms, a wide back, and washboard abs.
Though I saw some physical gains, I began to experience discomfort and injury. Frustrated with my own limitations, I embarked on a deep dive into the science of healthy movement.
Over the past six years in the health industry, I've acquired knowledge in fitness and nutrition: I've earned six professional certifications, and I have over 6 years of experience training individuals like you both online and in-person.
In 2020, I founded Healthy Movement Blueprint, as an outcropping of my personal journey and passion for fitness and optimal movement. At HMB, we prioritize optimal function and pain-free living.
