Daily Movements
I create routines that I call "Daily Movements" for my clients, and I'd like to offer them to you, free of charge.
Implementing healthy everyday changes and practices can make a huge positive difference in our health, and sticking to a routine allows us to maintain consistency, build lasting habits, and achieve long-term well-being. I began creating Daily Movements for myself years ago, and the level of success I've achieved with them motivated me to create and share them more widely.
The routines are 3-8 minutes long and allow you to work daily to target a fitness goal, whether it be to... (target a specific joint or muscle group, etc? (that is weak, hurting, etc?).
