Access to Trainerize

The account you create on the Trainerize app is our #1 point of contact. You'll have access to workouts and schedules, and we'll use it to communicate and check in with each other. 

​​​You likely have more than one health goal, which is awesome. On the Trainerize app, you can track body weight and measurements, steps, meals, and sleep. You can also log physical activity beyond your workouts with HMB from a selection of 30+ options, including basics like walking or running.

 HMB Nutrition Course

Learn how to build sustainable nutrition habits that you find purpose and joy in. This self-paced course is filled with information to guide you in achieving weight or diet-related goals. It's regularly updated to ensure you're always learning the most accurate information and strategies.

After a brief consultation regarding your goals and schedule preferences, you'll be assigned to the program that best fits your needs. We want to make sure you're set for success.


Once you've completed a program, you'll choose your next one, whether it's focused on a new goal, challenging yourself further, or schedule flexibility.

 

There are over 25 programs to choose from, and the selection is updated and expanded periodically, so you'll always have a new routine and goal to get after!

HMB Sleep Course

The HMB Sleep Course is designed to equip you with knowledge and strategies to optimize your sleep. This includes practices you can implement throughout the day to set you up for a good night's sleep.​ This self-paced course is regularly updated to ensure you always have up-to-date information.

Once you click to begin an HMB workout on the Trainerize app, you'll see that there's a tutorial directly linked to each exercise. We provide a video recording, a brief exercise summary, and in-depth directions.

Though these instructions are comprehensive, we want to make sure you're comfortable and successful in your routine. The ability to send us form feedback allows you to check in regarding any movement you have questions about.​ Simply record yourself performing a set, send it via the Trainerize messenger, and after we review it, we'll get right back to you with specific suggestions and guidance to help you crush the next workout.
