FAQ
1. Why Choose Healthy Movement Blueprint (HMB)?
At Healthy Movement Blueprint, we commit to maintaining the ethos of a small business, regardless of our growth. This means every member is treated with personal attention and care. Your success is our priority because we understand that our business thrives on your satisfaction and achievements. Simply stated: You will see results because your progress matters to us.
2. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Our membership operates on a month-to-month basis, allowing you the flexibility to cancel at any time without incurring any penalties. You'll enjoy full access to our services for the entire month you've paid for, should you decide to cancel.
3. Can I Combine the HMB Program with Another Workout Routine?
The majority of our exercise programs are designed to primarily address a specific goal or area of the body. While we strive to keep the programs simple for universal accessibility, including additional sessions throughout the week to target the whole body, it is still entirely acceptable (and recommended in some cases), to complement our program with another fitness regimen.
4. How Much Time Will Each Workout Take?
We offer 30-minute and 60-minute workouts:
At-Home (30 minutes): These workouts can range from 20 to 40 minutes.
Gym (60 minutes): These sessions typically take 40 to 60 minutes.
Please note that the initial few weeks may take longer as you get accustomed to the app and the exercises.
5. Do I Need to Buy Equipment if I'm Only Doing Home Workouts?
Some of our routines require basic equipment, such as light dumbbells, resistance bands, or a pull-up bar. We encourage you to make this small investment for the significant health benefits you'll see. However, if equipment isn't accessible, you can get creative with household items:
Remember, innovation in your workout can be as rewarding as the workout itself!
-
Weights: Water bottles, gallon jugs, or laundry detergent bottles filled with water, sand, or any other heavy material
-
Weights: Backpacks or purses filled to specific weights
-
Resistance bands: Stretchy belts, elastic cords or bungee cords
6. What Injuries Can HMB Help With?
Please note that our memberships do not replace medical treatment or professional medical advice. If you are dealing with pain or recovering from an injury, we strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare provider first. Once you have the clearance to engage in physical activity, a number of our program offerings begin at a very basic level, making them suitable for almost everyone looking to improve their health and movement.
